Сухой сад / Karesansui / かれさんすい
Сухой сад, или сад камней, "карэсансуй", это символический сад, возникший в 14 веке при дзенских храмах, в котором горы, каскады, потоки и озера обозначаются особыми композициями из камня и песка, порой мха. Эти сады служат для медитаций, которые проводят, сидя на ступенях храмового зала.
Dry rock garden, "karesansui", is a symbolic garden, founded in the 14th century at the Zen temples, in which the mountains, cascades, streams and lakes are indicated by special compositions of stone and sand and sometimes moss. These gardens are used for meditation, which are held by sitting on the steps of the temple hall.
